Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at VastSweet. We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Destination
This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States (including the 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We currently do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

2. Free Shipping – No Minimum Purchase Required
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on every order shipped to a valid U.S. address, regardless of order size or value.
There is no minimum purchase amount required. Whether you buy one bag or several, your shipping is on us.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During peak seasons (such as holiday sales, Black Friday, or promotional events), processing times may be extended by an additional 2 to 3 business days. We will notify you if significant delays are expected.
4. Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times within the contiguous United States are:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5 to 10 business days
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or other remote U.S. locations, delivery may take 7 to 14 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and begin counting from the shipment date, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at vastsweet@hotmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect orders to a different address once they have been shipped.
If you realize that you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at vastsweet@hotmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to correct the address. Once the order is on its way, we cannot make any changes.
VastSweet is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
7. Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. After repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, building management, or local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us at vastsweet@hotmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the carrier. Please note that investigations may take up to 14 business days. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Stolen Packages
VastSweet is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmation of delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location (such as your workplace or a delivery locker) if package theft is a concern in your area.
Delayed Packages
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them. VastSweet is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
9. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages if some items are located in different warehouses or have different availability. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. Free shipping still applies to the entire order – you will not be charged any additional fees for split shipments.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) at this time. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
If your order cannot be shipped to your selected address, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund.
