Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at VastSweet. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

 

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging (including dust bag, if applicable)
- With all tags still attached

The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at vastsweet@hotmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. VastSweet is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

- For non-defective items (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- For defective or incorrect items (our fault): We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us first with photos of the defect or the incorrect item received.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

- A refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or defective products)

If rejected:  
We will explain the reason and, if possible, ship the item back to you at your expense.

 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please:

1. Return the original item (following the return process above)
2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website

This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.

 

6. European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The same eligibility conditions above apply (unused, original packaging, tags attached). Your refund will include standard shipping costs (but not expedited shipping upgrades).

 

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vastsweet@hotmail.com and include:

- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original and return shipping) as quickly as possible.

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notice:

1. Check your bank or credit card account again
2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times vary)
3. If you've done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at vastsweet@hotmail.com
